Welcome to Prept. Southsea (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using our services, including ordering pre-prepared meals through our website [Prept. Southsea], you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

1. Services Provided
We offer pre-prepared meals delivered directly to your door. Our services include meal preparation, packaging, and delivery within a specified delivery area. All meals are made in compliance with food safety regulations.

2. Order Process

• Placing Orders: To place an order, you must create an account with us. You will need to provide accurate and complete information, including delivery details and payment information.

• Meal Selection: You are responsible for choosing the meals that best suit your dietary preferences. Meal options and availability are subject to change without notice.

• Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email or text message. If there are any issues with your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.

3. Pricing and Payment

• Pricing: All meal prices are listed on the website and are subject to change. Prices include applicable taxes, but delivery charges may apply based on your location.

• Payment Methods: We accept payment through[Debit/Credit card, Apple pay and Google pay. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.

4. Delivery

• Delivery Times: We aim to deliver your meals on the specified date and within the designated delivery window. Delivery times may vary depending on location and availability.

• Delivery Charges: Delivery charges will be applied at checkout and are based on your delivery address.

• Delivery Issues: If there are any issues with your delivery (e.g., late, missing items), please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We will make every effort to resolve the issue.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order up to 48 hours before your scheduled delivery time for a full refund. After this time, no cancellations will be accepted.

• Refunds: If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason (e.g., incorrect items, food quality issues), please contact us within  2 days. Refunds will be processed at our discretion.

6. Food Safety and Allergens

• Food Safety: All meals are prepared and packaged following food safety guidelines. We take every precaution to ensure the safety and quality of our products.

• Allergens: Our meals may contain allergens such as Celery/celeriac, Crustaceans, Fish, Milk, Mustard, Peanuts, Soya, Eggs, Cereals containing gluten, Lupin, Molluscs, Nuts, Sesame seeds, Sulphites. It is your responsibility to check the ingredient list for allergens before ordering.  While some of our food items do not contain some common allergens, please be aware that our dishes are prepared in an environment where allergens are present. We take food safety seriously and strive to minimize cross-contamination; however, we cannot guarantee the complete absence allergens.  If you have specific dietary restrictions, please contact us before ordering.

7. Liability

• Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury caused by the consumption of our meals, except where required by law. We do not guarantee the absence of allergens, and you accept responsibility for checking ingredients.

• Force Majeure: We are not responsible for any failure or delay in delivery caused by events beyond our control (e.g., weather, strikes, or acts of God).

8. Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details, including your username and password. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

9. Termination of Services

• We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate any of these Terms. You may also cancel your account at any time by contacting us.
